DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS
Some appointments will require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will act as a prepayment and be subtracted from your total service cost. Please give at least 48hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment to allow the ability to offer your appointment to other guests. If less than 48hours notice is given, your deposit may be forfeited. .
PRICES- The price quoted to the client at consultation are guaranteed for 7 days from the time of consultation and is subject to change
APPOINTMENTS- Please arrive at the time scheduled for your appointment . If you are going to be late, please notify the salon. I will do my best to fit you in but on busy days cannot guarantee this, and your appointment may need to be rescheduled. If you fail to notify the salon and you arrive more than 15 minutes late or dont show up, your appointment may be cancelled. Session time lengths will not be extended for late arrivals.
ILLNESS AND EMERGENCIES
Please be courteous and do not attend the salon if you are unwell. We understand that illness, emergencies and life happen, and will always try to accommodate rescheduling to the best of our ability when notice is given. If any persons are sick or unwell, the salon has the right to refuse entry, reschedule or cancel the appointment immediately..
CHILDREN
Hair by Jillian is a small boutique style salon which prides itself on offering a quiet and relaxing experience. Due to limited salon space, as well as health and safety requirements, children under 12 are not allowed to accompany hair appointments.
There are a lot of sharp and hot objects, as well as chemicals in the salon that can cause harm to children, and they cannot be constantly supervised. This ensures a safe, enjoyable and comfortable experience for you and all guests.
Your hair appointment is a time for you to unwind and relax without any distractions from your everyday life, and unfortunately small children does not allow this to happen.
EXTENSIONS
Please contact me for a face-to-face consultation to discuss all your hair extension needs. Extensions require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of consultation to order your extensions and secure an installation date. Please allow up to 10 business days for them to arrive.
Extensions are a luxury service and require proper after-care and maintenance appointments to be followed properly. No responsibility is taken by Hair by Jillian for improper haircare, products or mistreatment which can affect the quality and/or longevity/lifespan of your extensions.
Please note, I do not install or maintain other salons work or brands.
NANOPLASTY- Nanoplasty results are permanent but longevity and results may vary depending on the original hair condition. On coloured hair, Nanoplasty has the ability to lift your hair colour up to 2 shades lighter sometimes resulting in unwanted warmth. This can be colour corrected with a toner on the day if required at an additional cost.
